To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

    • Enter your order number, email address, and phone number in the fields above, then click Start. If you do not know the order number or email, please contact sales@m22.com.
    • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange.
    • Once the return request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

 

You can return your items within 7 days of delivery of your shipment. Items can be returned or exchanged if they meet the following requirements: 

    • They must be in original condition.
    • For clothing, unwashed with price tags attached
    • Clearance/sale (yellow price tag) items are final sale and not returnable.
    • Manufacturer defects, damaged, or incorrect items are exceptions and valid within 60 days - please contact us directly via email or phone for those issues - sales@m22.com or 231-392-2212.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR A RETURN?

    • Yes - but only if you would like us to send you a return shipping label - a flat rate of $7.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, or for exchanges, an invoice will be sent via email to pay for the return shipping fee - we will send you a USPS return label via email to use once approved.
    • No additional shipping charges apply for exchanges.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY EXCHANGE? 

    • Exchanges are generally processed the same day they are received. Once your exchange is processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number for the estimated delivery date.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment minus the return shipping fee (if applicable).
