SHIPPING POLICY: 

Standard Shipping

  • All packages ship either United States Postal Service or FedEx.
  • Expedited options are available.

Express Shipping

  • M22 offers express shipping options (Two Day and Overnight).
  • Express shipping is available only for items that are in stock.
  • A residential street address is required for all express shipping orders.
  • Express shipping is not available for orders shipping to post office boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska or Hawaii.
  • Expedited shipping on orders placed before 12:00pm Eastern-time, Monday-Friday, are normally processed and ready for pickup by the courier within 12 hours. Actual shipment times are dependent on service selection.

RETURN POLICY: 

  • 7-Day Return Policy: All returns, refunds, and exchanges are valid within 7 days of purchase (in-store) or 7 days of delivery (online). Manufacturer defects, damaged, or incorrect items are exceptions and are valid within 60 days. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with merchandise tags in place.
  • Cash or Credit: Items purchased with a credit or debit card are refunded to your original form of payment. Items purchased with cash or check are awarded store credit only.
  • SHIPPING COSTS: Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping (limited exceptions include manufacturer’s defects, items damaged in shipping, and incorrect items).
  • PROCESSING TIMES: Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the shipping and processing of your return. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten business days, after your credit has been applied, for it to post to your account.
