- All packages ship either FedEx or United States Postal Service.
- Expedited options are available.
- No international shipping
- M22 offers express shipping options (Two Day and Overnight).
- Express shipping is available only for items that are in stock.
- A residential street address is required for all express shipping orders.
- Express shipping is not available for orders shipping to post office boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska or Hawaii.
- Express shipments occur Monday through Friday. If Saturday delivery is required, contact M22 customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM PT, Monday through Friday to determine charges and whether Saturday delivery is available in your area.
- 7-Day Return Policy: All returns, refunds, and exchanges are valid within 7 days of purchase (in-store) or 7 days of delivery (online). Manufacturer defects, damaged, or incorrect items are exceptions and valid within 60 days. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with merchandise tags in place.
- Cash or Credit: Items purchased with a credit or debit card are refunded to your original form of payment. Items purchased with cash or check are awarded store credit only.
- Holiday Season Extension: For the gifting season, our returns, refunds, and exchange deadline is extended to January 15. Any purchases made after November 15th apply for this extension.
- SHIPPING COSTS: Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping (limited exceptions include manufacturer’s defects, items damaged in shipping, and incorrect items).
- PROCESSING TIMES: Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the shipping and processing of your return. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten business days, after your credit has been applied, for it to post to your account.
