Returns and exchanges. You have 14 days to return or exchange an item: 14 days from delivery for online orders, or from purchase in our shops. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.

Holiday returns. Anything bought between November 26 and January 15 can be returned or exchanged through January 15, or within 14 days of purchase, whichever gives you more time.

Defects, damage or a wrong item. Let us know within 60 days and return shipping is on us.

Refunds. Card purchases are refunded to your original payment method. Cash or check purchases are refunded as store credit.

Return shipping. Return shipping is your responsibility, except for defective, damaged or incorrect items.

Processing time. Allow about 2–3 weeks for your return to reach us and be processed. Your bank may take another 2–10 business days to show the credit.
